LAW ON INFORMATION SOCIETY SERVICES AND E-COMMERCE

In compliance with the provisions of art. 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Information Society Services (L.S.S.I.), the following General Information is hereby published:

CONDITIONS OF USE

I.- USERS

Access and/or use of the website www.medioambientaloitaben.com, confers on the user the condition of user, accepting, from that very moment, fully and without reservation, these general conditions, as well as the particular conditions which, where appropriate, complement, modify or replace the general conditions in relation to certain services and contents of the website.

II.- USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS SERVICES AND CONTENTS

VI. DURATION

VII. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Medioambiental Oitaben, S.L.U. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile for any questions that may arise or actions that may be brought as a result of the provision of the Web service and its services and contents and regarding the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance with what is established here.

In the event that the User is domiciled outside Spain, Medioambiental Oitaben, S.L.U. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of NIGRAN.

USE OF COOKIES

The website www.medioambientaloitaben.com uses cookies when a USER browses the WEBSITE's websites and web pages. The cookies used by the WEBSITE are only associated with an anonymous USER and his/her computer and do not provide the name and surname of the USER. Thanks to cookies, it is possible to recognise registered USERS after they have registered for the first time, without them having to register on each visit to access the areas and services reserved exclusively for them. 2) LAW 15/1999 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

MEDIOAMBIENTAL OITABEN S.L.U. respects current legislation on the protection of personal data, and undertakes to comply with the regulations established in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations, RD 1720/2007, of 21 December.

Likewise, MEDIOAMBIENTAL OITABEN S.L.U. declares and guarantees that it maintains the levels of security for the protection of personal data in accordance with current legislation, and that it has established all the technical means at its disposal to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access, theft of the data provided by the CLIENTS and that its employees observe these regulations, as well as the duty of secrecy regarding the data subject to protection and other confidentiality obligations in force.

This is without prejudice to the fact that the CLIENT knows and accepts that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

In compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned Data Protection legislation, the USER is informed that the personal data requested through the website will be included in the partially automated files for which MEDIOAMBIENTAL OITABEN S.L.U. is responsible, and will be subject to all those processing operations whose purpose is to establish or maintain the commercial relationship for which they have been voluntarily provided.
